The Deer Park Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association would like to thank CASH COW PAWN - DEER PARK for supporting our Deer Park Police Department and for their assistance with this special fundraiser!  

• Cash Cow Pawn - Deer Park is a licensed FFL Dealer and has agreed to conduct the purchase and FFL transfers of the three "new - factory made firearms" designated as prizes in this raffle.

• At no time will the DPCPAAA take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winners must apply for and lawfully receive firearms directly from Cash Cow Pawn - Deer Park.   

• All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply and by claiming a firearm prize you agree to provide all information necessary for the transfer of the firearm won.  A background check is required and all applicable laws apply.  If a winner is unable to pass the background check, the ticket holder may receive a store-credit of equal or lesser value... AT THE SOLE  DISCRETION OF CASH COW PAWN - DEER PARK,

• Winners assume all liability for their actions involving the prize once they take ownership of the prize.  It is the sole responsibility of the prize winner to learn how to safely and responsibly handle, operate and maintain a firearm. THE USE OF FIREARMS IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS.  Winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Deer Park Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, its Board of Directors and Members from any and all damages or accidents that may result from the improper or irresponsible use of the prize and from any accidents that may result from its use.
